Over the course of 2011, we at Gwilliam, Ivary, Chiosso, Cavalli, & Brewer are proud to have published a number of articles on subjects including our verdicts and settlements, personal injuries, brain injuries including Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy, and plaintiff rights issues which continue to come under fire. My goal and direction is to continue to publish important information on the current plaintiff and tort landscape, personal injury developments, and updates on employment and business issues as they evolve.
